This tool runs entirely in your browser. The seating charts you create are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not have a server that stores your guest names, table layouts, or any chart data, and that data is never uploaded to us. Clearing your browser data will delete your saved charts.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service, to count visits and understand which features are used, in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or fingerprint visitors. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Some links on this site (for example, the “Wedding extras” suggestions and a credit line in the exported PDF) are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only link to products we believe are relevant to planning a wedding. This site participates in one or more affiliate programs and may earn from qualifying purchases. The ad-free version shows no affiliate links.
The free version of this tool shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. You can learn more in Google's advertising policy.
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you will be asked for your consent before personalized ads are shown, via Google's consent message.
You can remove ads with a one-time $2.99 purchase. Payments and license keys are handled by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record); we never see your card details. See the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy. Your ad-free license is stored in your browser's local storage on your device, the same as your charts.
